Advisory Board
The Bridge Advisory Board is made up of successful entrepreneurs, financial professionals and venture capital investors and together they provide a global view across businesses and markets. The Advisory Board acts independently and its members are recognized experts in their fields and are personally invited to join. The Advisory Board evaluates potential investment targets as part of Bridge's system for identifying suitable companies in the growth phase that are looking for pre IPO investors. The Advisory Board meets with the management and owners of potential investment targets and advises them whether or not they meet the basic qualification requirements to access the Bridge investment community with an offer to subscribe for shares. These include the need to demonstrate that the company will provide shareholders with a realistic possibility of achieving a successful exit via an IPO or trade sale at a later stage.
